Finance Committee

The Finance Committee, comprising of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board, decides on certain issues stipulated in policies and instructions for the credit and finance operation.

The Committee is commissioned by the Board to stay continuously informed about developments on the financial markets, how this affects the company’s development and what risks and responsibilities various choices entail.
The results are reported on an ongoing basis at the Board meetings.
