Kommuninvest's office is closed on Bank Holidays. Normally we also practice short office hours (close at 15.00 hrs) on days preceding Bank Holidays. Swedish legal time is advanced by one hour to daylight saving time (i.e. to GMT +2) from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October.
