Clearing

Securities issued by Kommuninvest are registered with Euroclear, Clearstream or another affiliated clearing house. Transactions, coupon payments and payments upon maturity are settled through these clearing houses.

 

On maturity of a local government security, the redemption amount accrues to the registered owner.

 

The following institutes are responsible for clearing in Kommuninvest's various borrowing programmes:
